Privacy & Data Security Policy

1. Data Collection

We collect essential business information, including corporate identity, technical specifications, and procurement data, strictly for the purpose of project fulfillment and client relationship management.

2. Intellectual Property Protection

Any technical drawings, CAD files, or proprietary processes shared with JMR Industries are treated as highly confidential. We employ military-grade encryption for all digital assets and restricted physical access to design labs.

3. Information Disclosure

JMR Industries does not sell or trade partner data. Information is only shared with verified logistics partners or regulatory bodies as required for legal compliance and export documentation.

Terms of Engagement

1. Scope of Work

All manufacturing projects are governed by a signed Purchase Order (PO) and Technical Specification Document. Any deviations from the initial design must be approved in writing through a Change Order process.

2. Quality & Acceptance

  • Clients have 15 days post-delivery to report any dimensional non-conformity.
  • JMR Industries provides a standard 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
  • Third-party inspections are welcome but must be scheduled 7 days in advance.

3. Financial Terms

Standard payment terms are 40% advance with the balance due upon successful Quality Control (QC) clearance before dispatch, unless prior credit terms have been established.
